According to recent reports, it seems the tech giant is working on the latest version. Before we move on to the iPad Mini 6 let’s have a brief look at its predecessor.

iPad Mini 5 Overview

The iPad mini has a 7.9-inch Retina display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, making it Apple’s smallest tablet. The A12 Bionic chip in the iPad mini 5 is Apple’s latest-generation A-series chip, which is used in the iPhone. It’s 3x faster than the previous-generation iPad mini, with 9x faster graphics. Ming-Chi Kuo, an Apple analyst, earlier predicted that the new iPad mini would be 8.5 to 9 inches in size, while Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman predicted that the new iPad mini would have a bigger display with slimmer bezels. There has been conflicting information on whether the new iPad mini would include a Home button, but reports increasingly point to an iPad Air 4-style design with no home button or face/touch ID power button.
